Apparel Pro started as the in-house system at Battle Born Clothing, a screen printing and embroidery shop in Yerington, Nevada. We were re-typing website requests into one tool, quoting in another and chasing payments in a third. So we built one place that does it the way a shop actually works — and it runs our real jobs every day.

That's also why it doesn't charge per order or skim your payments: we know what margins look like at 48 pieces.

Good to know

Do you take a cut of my customers' payments?

No. Card payments go straight into your own Square account at Square's normal rate; Apparel Pro never touches the money. ACH, Zelle, wire, check and cash are recorded in a click.

Do I need my own SanMar / S&S accounts?

Yes — you connect your own accounts so lookups show your price level and live warehouse stock. Your keys are encrypted and only used for your shop. You can also type blanks by hand.

Where do the starting prices come from?

New shops start with sensible industry-typical grids for screen print, embroidery, DTF and more. Every number is editable on day one under Pricing rules — light and dark grids, stitch tiers, fees, markups, rush and your own costs.

Can I bring my history from Teesom or Printavo?

Yes. We import orders, customers and line items so your reorders and history come with you. Included on Pro; $199 one-time on Solo and Shop.

Does it work on a phone?

The customer portal is built phone-first. The shop side works on a tablet or phone too, though quoting is happiest on a bigger screen.

What happens when the trial ends?

Pick a plan and keep going — nothing changes. If you don't, there's a 7-day grace period, then the shop pauses until you subscribe. Your data is never deleted for not paying.
